The Iratus Lepus application process consists of two Steps. You will be tagged as an IL member right away. This will give you guild hall access and allow you to meet our members in guild chat. It also allows you to use the Guild Banner to get to raid locations easily. You will earn bkp while raiding with us and will be able to bid on items from your very first raid to upgrade your character. The recruitment steps are as follows:

These applicants have been approved to raid. They are learning the ways IL operates through other class members and their mentor. On average applications will remain in step one for 45 days. The minimum time an applicant can remain in step one is for 30 days. Time at Step 1 is based on the following requirements:

Applicants at this step have been approved to raid. 

You will be tagged as an IL member at this point.

Novus Lepus members are learning the ways IL operates through other class members and their mentor.

Applicants will be at this stage for a minimum of 45 days and generally less than 60 days.

Step one members earn full bkp and have loot rights.

These applicants have demonstrated good raid attendance, knowledge of their class, and an overall positive attitude. They have learned the bunny mindset and meshed well with the guild.

They have been promoted to Step 2 through tells, PM's, their raid attendance, and observations by the Recruitment Team. Applicants will remain at this step for a minimum of 1 week.

Once an applicant is moved to Step 2, there will be a 1 week voting period. After one week the applicant with either be promoted to new member or dismissed.

In some cases the applicant will be extended for a minimum of 1 week. If this occurs a new thread will hold a yes/no vote. The thread will be started by the Recruitment Team when they fell the time is right, usually after a week or two. This gives 2 weeks at minimum to decide if the applicant is bunny material. At this stage votes will be yes / no only and a final decision will be reached.

In extreme cases (about .5% of applicants) a second extension may be given if the recruitment team feels it is justified.

- 2.0 Completed

- consistent 50% raid attendance


- All required group flags up to date.

The three FrostCrypt 1 group access missions,
all 8 Solteris missions,
Search for the Ultimate story complete up to needing the T2 SoF raid drops,
Crystallos Access quest done.


- Primarily positive comments from members on application thread.

- Show progress and advancement though use of magelo and App Journal

- Meets current class requirements for level, aa, and special gear needs.

If an applicant does not meet any of the minimum requirements, then they will be extended beyond 60 days.

At this time they will receive a PM or a tell in game explaining why they have not yet been promoted. They will be give what they need to do to correct the situation. The recruit team will then give them a few weeks to correct the situation.  We will then recheck their progress and evaluate.

If they still have not fully corrected the problem, we will send another PM and determine why. Based on circumstances we may allow an additional extension or put them up to vote for the guild to determine their fate.

The Voting Process

Upon promotion to step 2, IL members will have approximately one week to vote yes, no or extend.

Approximately 75% of the votes must be positive to gain promotion.

If the vote mandates extend, at least one week will be allowed for further evaluation, followed by a new one week voting period. Approximately 75% yes vote is required for promotion.
